Refund policy

Return Conditions:

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the original invoice date.

Product Condition: Items should be in their original, unopened packaging, free from any labels, stickers, or writing on the product box.

Return Authorisation: Before returning any item, contact JRSQLD sales team to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#).

Non-Stocked Items:

Restocking Fee: For items that are not part of JRSQLD Products regular stock, a 15% restocking fee will apply upon return.

Defective or Damaged Goods:

Reporting: Any issues related to damage, defects, short delivery, or loss in transit must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the invoice or the goods, whichever is later.

Assessment: Returned items considered defective will undergo testing by the manufacturer to determine eligibility for credit or exchange.

Special Buy-In Items:

Return Policy: Items specifically ordered (special buy-ins) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

Additional Information:

Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, ensure that the item is new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact JRSQLD, to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Include this RA# with the returned goods to process the credit and refund.
